Rachel Grae (born Rachel Brooke Gorman, July 5, 2002) is an American pop artist and singer-songwriter. Her debut single, Bad Timing, was released on May 14, 2021, by Groundwork Records.
Born and raised in Livingston, NJ, Grae is the daughter of Kenneth and Marci Gorman. She has an older sister, Jessica and attended Livingston High School. She became interested in music at a young age, but it wasn’t until high school that she decided to focus on music as a career.
On May 14, 2021, Grae released her debut single, “Bad Timing”, on Groundwork Records. Jointly with Spotify and Little Kids Rock, a national charitable organization, Grae graced the largest billboard in New York City’s Times Square on release day.On June 25, 2021, Grae released her second single, Lived It Twice (Groundwork Records) after a demo of the song gained millions of views (and calls for release) on TikTok.On November 5, 2021, Grae released her third single, Outsider (Groundwork Records), her most personal and emotionally honest song, and her fastest release to climb into the millions of streams across digital service providers.On March 4, 2022, Grae released her fourth single, How To Be Alone, her first in partnership with Boom.Records and the first in a long scheduled line of forthcoming release.In March of 2022, Grae was one of 8 participants in the inaugural season of the TikTok, Pepsi and ViacomCBS television show “Becoming a Popstar”.
